Listen guys I know we all have ADHD, autism, and bipolar disorder, so this will come as a surprise to you, but get this:

you don't have to do everything all-or-nothing.

Most of you are either roiding/deadlifitng 6 times a day or just rotting. Find a middle ground, and stick to it. Want to studycel? Don't go Light Yagami and work 12 hours a day, just make an above average routine and stick to it. Same with nofap. Restricting ejaculation to once/3 days can't do any harm, and it's much easier than hardcore.

With this strategy I have cleared my acne, become 2nd best in my a-level maths class, gone from 13 to 14 inch neck in a matter of weeks, hugely strengthened my masseters to the point of visibility on flexion, learned a Liszt concert etude for the piano, and started to work on my mental health.

Or you can not be a bitch and looksmax into oblivion instead of taking small steps. It's just a question of how much you want the end result

Cope. Short term intensity > long term consistency.

Most people aren't going to be able to stomach going balls to the wall for longer than a few weeks, because they don't actually want to look good - they just want to reap the benefits.

I went balls to the wall for 6 weeks with PEDs and put on 25-30 lbs of muscle. Also did an intense skin regimen for a month and got rid of my acne aside from scars. Not everyone is a low energy soy boy who can only do a minimal amount of work each day to see results in years.

Good thread, consistency is key
