Think about it- most Americans are Christian, and their Bible strictly forbids the worship of animals, vegetarianism, and polytheism.

I've actually had conversations with a Muslim coworker, and he straight up said that he's allowed (and looks forward to) marrying a Christian woman, and Hinduism is stupid. East Indian culture is so alien to the west. Wouldn't be surprised if there was a poll where Americans preferred Islam over Hinduism.
