The body and face need proteins & chit it’s best not to be in a deprived state


there’s even been a study posted here before (too lazy to link) but it showed fasting lowers collagen

I been IF for 2 years now, I still fast 20 hours 3-4 times a week but I learned to tone down the fasting and take breaks

I cycle fasting, and after two years I feel like I need a 1-2 week semi break

or atleast you can do is have a protien shake with 3g leucine every 3 hours and eat your reg meals during ur eating window

cope you can fast every other day and it will have only benefits fasting is so legit I cant even express it in words

I've been fasting a lot throughout my life.
People tell me I look younger than what my age is. Both irl and from pics.

Just up your cardio and cut snacks. I found to eat way more after fasts which defeated the purpose. Slow and steady wins the race. This quick fix shit is all a meme.
