constantly feeling sore, what gives

-I'm not overtraining

-I'm sleeping 7-8h every day

-I'm resting 2, 3 or even 4 days sometimes before I workout again

Yet my muscles constantly feel sore (biceps, forearms, legs and sometimes chest)

Only thing I can suspect: it could be some nutrient deficiency since I don't follow any diet.

Also does this mean I'm not healing/making progress efficiently.

Just basic DOMS? Are you new to working out?

Do you maintain a regular diet and stay hydrated like a normal person?

Proper warmups and cooldowns could help also.
