First off, I wanted to clarify that I have been struggling with this problem for around 2.5 years now, and I am 21 years old. I am coming on here to vent about my experiences, but also garner some recommendations from individuals who may be able to help.

Symptoms:
  1. Lethargy
  2. High facial fat and loose hyoid skin at a low body fat % (I got a DEXA scan and I am 13%)
  3. Poor appetite
  4. Low libido and lack of nocturnal penile tumescence (i.e., morning wood)
  5. DOMS after workout
  6. Lack of motivation and brain fog
  7. Higher than normal inhibition
    1. Social anxiety as a decent looking dude when talking with women
    2. Thinking about what to say in conversations
      1. and before you call me a high inhib pussy, you're right... but it wasn't always like this. I just want to be normal.
What have I done:

And before any of you say the basic common solutions to these problems, I wanted to share how I have tried to mitigate them and the professional help I have sought related to them.

  1. I sleep 7-8+ hours every night. I am a nose breather and have no apnea, nor do I mouth breathe at night. I sleep on my back as well.
    1. Even though I get enough sleep, I still wake up tired as fuck and I don't know why.
  2. I life a healthy lifestyle:
    1. I lift (I am a personal trainer) - 5 days a week.
      1. I have fatigued easier in the gym, even with the supplementation of creatine monohydrate
    2. I eat clean. Mostly whole foods, cut out many preservatives and seed oils and include high amounts of natural protein sources.
    3. I hydrate. I drink a shit ton of water and make sure my electrolytes are balanced.
  3. I have tried supplementation
    1. I am currently starting Ashwagandha, I supplement with Calcium, Vitamin D, Zinc.
  4. I am not addicted to porn
    1. Self explanatory
  5. I get outside and have a robust social life with friends and others
    1. I play sports and was a semi pro soccer player for 2 years
Medical Tests:

I do want to preface I have hemochromatosis (too much iron), but it is well-regulated and I donate blood to make sure all is well there. I suggested it feels hormonal, as this is not normal for a 19-21 year old; I should be out there confident as fuck and socially adept. I received t tests when my lifestyle was shit and it was 350 ng/dl which my doc as a cuck said it was still normal, which is shouldn't have been that low then but refused to do anything else besides get my lifestyle in check. I come back the next year and it was 500 ng/dl at 20 which was better but I still felt the same symptoms. I feel like a low t man, even though it's normal and I want to increase it, but I don't know if it is different. I recieved all hepatic panel tests which were all normal, TSH and T4 were on the normal side, CBC was normal, Hepatic was off with high ALT and AST but that leveled out. FSH and LH and Globulin were normal but lower normal.

I want to switch docs but I don't know where to go from here. Ideas, help? Many thanks.

Check the test levels again. Could be that the 500ng/dl was just an outlier score.
Could also be mild depression.
