Consultation with oral surgeon

My orthodontist told me I don’t need surgery and I can fix my bite with bands. I knew he was wrong as I am very recessed. I went to a very great orthodontist and black-pilled surgeon to have a consultation, he is exactly who I was looking for.

He showed me a lot of before and afters that he did, all the results were incredible. Truly a great surgeon. He analyzed my face and made many measurements and wrote down a lot of numbers, told me my nose is crooked (I didn’t even know this jfl) my chin is short, my midline isn’t aligned, and that I’m a class 2 and pretty recessed.

He said my orthodontist cannot fix my bite without surgery, and doesn’t know how he plans on fixing it. He went to my orthodontist and had a talk with him. My orthodontist NOW agrees and says bands cannot fix my bite, after I already told him this.

Now I have a plan in action. I have been wearing braces for 26 months. 4 more months and they will be off. I will shave my teeth and whiten them. Once that is done I will remove my lower wisdom teeth and re apply braces for jaw surgery. He said he will move forward the mandible and maxilla, and also align my midline. I have to wait 6 months for surgery and it will be $25k+ but I can’t wait to improve!!

I'm still waiting for a chad surgeon like this to enter my life and rescue me. The one's I've went to, have all been bluepilled cucks who make me wait for weeks and in the end don't help.

Mate, how do they decide if both the mandible and maxilla should get advancement? I have severe class 3 underbite but the surgeon says he only wants to advance maxilla not mandible. My facial bones aren't prominent even when I was 5% bf

Not sure why he doesn’t want to advance both the upper and lower for you like he does for me. I’m very recessed, and need advancement to look normal. He could also tell by the shape from my bottom lip to my chin.
