my green solotica contact lenses have arrived. I was wondering if it was necessary to go to a doctor like a jester so that he adjusts them to my individual eyes. I don't really feel like doing that cuz im a lazycel and would rather just put them on without wasting any time. is it absolutely necessary to visit the doctor or can I avoid it?

I meant like wearing contact lenses for up to 3 hours a day, for about 1 week until I get an appointment for a doctor.
