Contemplating on Reta

So I’m 16 and my appetite is insanely high all the time I don’t get full without eating around 7000+ calories depending on the day so I feel like shit all the time and can barely do anything without feeling fatigued/hungry. I know Reta isn’t something that teens especially should be doing because they’re growing but my appetite is so horrible to the point where it’s interfering with my everyday life. I’m around 22% bf and 6’0 so what would you guys recommend?
 
No, personally i would say at that body fat+age you can suppress your appetite using stimulants like caffeine. It suppresses it good. You can try to kcal count (myfitnesspal).

Or you can just try to cut down on the food by eating very very slowly and drink a shit ton of water, especially with food. No joke, you feel insanely full drinking water while eating. Have like 500ml to 1 L while having food. Have complex carbs such as oats or potatoes, mainly because they make you feel less hungry since they take more time to digest.

At your age, shouldn't really be cutting down because it can stunt growth :)

I do man I’ve literally tried everything but literally every waking moment I’m thinking about food. I’m so hungry sometimes I literally can’t even move without eating and I’m poor so I usually don’t have food to eat in my house that’s not extremely unhealthy

I mean if its that bad. You should then probably consult your doctor. They can prescribe you stuff and you can talk to them about your food eating disorders. They can be a good start. But later on you can try the lowest dose possible of reta

ur severely overestimating ur caloric intake or u have a problem with ur body

I just got my blood drawn last week and apparently nothings wrong with me except low vitamin d which I fixed

Why shouldn’t he cut down? Growth isn’t based on calorie intake whatsoever… if he makes sure he gets all his necessary nutrients on a daily basis, it’ll be fine. No one should be 22% bf at any height for whatever reason.

Yes, you can take Reta. Yes, you need to count your calories. Yes, you need to watch your macros. Yes, you can supplement vitamines alongside Reta.

You can also opt for tirz if you think Reta will be too much for you. Though Reta is arguably the best way to go if you’re wanting to cut weight.

i was 140 this summer and I gained 30 pounds in 2 months of straight fat so yes I am 6 ft and 170
bruh how tf do u eat 7k calories a day, no wonder ur fucking 22 percent bodyfat maybe even higher cuz ur highk a glutton with no self control :lul:

i was 140 this summer and I gained 30 pounds in 2 months of straight fat so yes I am 6 ft and 170
Not a craazy thing to do, in the last two years ive put on 50lbs due to a mix of lifting and heightened appetite.

Eat a bunch of apples. They fill you up pretty good and are low in calories. Or just don't be a bitch and eat less. Your body will adapt over time, and you won't be as hungry.
