Surgery isn't really cope but the rest I agree with. You have enough money to live a good life and get surgeries. Why risk it all if you realistically aren't gaining anything? The extra money is cope if you already have money to live off. Do you also work your job still? That's income coming in on top of your savings.

My financial plan is getting my dentist diploma first. While at uni my parents will migrate back to morocco but will pay the rent for me untill I really am stable financially. He also bought real estate there while working the past 40 years so thats good too if I want to retire early later on in my life. After getting the diploma I will make a business with my sister who is already a dentist (apparature is fucking expensive tho so first gotta wage for other dentists). Make good bucks earning, invest here in there etc. I do have some spending/gambling tendencies but nothing problematic.
