I've had diffuse thinning hair for as long as I remember. I have to mega fraud by getting fringe hairstyles, but even then, you can still see my scalp. First pic is me at 18 and second pic is me now at 22. As you can see, it hasn't gotten worse nor has it gotten better. Been on fin for bout a year and I just started topical min 6 months ago. As I said, no progress has been seen. Should I continue applying min for another 6 months or should I say fuck all and get a hair transplant for my 23rd birthday (around 3 months from now)?

stick, hard to go back after a transplant imo

quit the minox and just do transplant

minox wont work at all for a % of people

Been on min and oral min now for a couple years, never once sprouted a single new hair. Go for the transplant and focus on maintaining.
