Best contrast would be dark hair, light/golden skin and light eyes

also isnt hydroquinone used to treat dark spots and not overall tone?

niggah get contrast die your hair white and turn into gojo or take bleachh and become white

Can reduce melanin in ur normal skin making it lighter then it originally was but yes it is mainly used for hyperpigmentation
