Many people often comment on the convenience of the raw/primal diet. Saying its too much work/hastle (just eat raw then tbh).
I wanted to ask you about your experience and convenience about primal eating. What do you do to make it easier? Any stuff that many people do wrong (which are easily avoidable)?
as for me:
Eating Raw (or slightly cooked) Meat has led me to eat less, but not in a caloric sense.
I just don’t go down in the kitchen to grab bread or other low fuel carb heavy foods as often.
The feeling I get from a large all natural meal with some eggs, milk and some meat is basically filling me for a day, depending on size even more.
People commenting on the inconvenience of raw meat diet are literally just admitting they never tried it. I don’t bother about eating really, because im bascially always full.
Preparing one or two meals is more time consuming in the direct process than just buying easy to eat stuff? I mean sure. But youre retarded if thats holding you back anyways tbh. But even if you strip that: looking at every other aspect, its literally more convenient.
Best feeling ever, would recommend to those who haven‘t tried. Its life changing only after a week in my opinion.
