Converting cash to BTC

Not sure which subform this belongs under but I am going to be selling some of my personal belongings (PC, old hobby equipment, ect) to pay for around 6 months of HGH. To be able to purchase anything in this niche I need some form of cryptocurrency. When listing the items on fb marketplace, should I only accept crypto payments or offer some kind of crypto discount? I can also try to use a local BTC ATM machine, but those as far as I know have daily KYC/ID limits (may be around $500 daily though, which I could deposit over multiple days). Honestly no clue what to do in this situation, the gov restrictions are kinda heavy in the US. Any advice or what you guys have done before?
