Converting mg to iu

I need help converting my peptide from mcg to iu: more specifically cjc-1295.

I already have the peptides and am mixing 5mg of cjc powder with 3ml of BAC water. Online doses recommend about 300mcg every night before bed on an empty stomach, and 5 days on 2 days off but I have no idea how to dose this amount with my insulin syringes.
I have 30g insulin syringes measuring in iu.

P.S I will also be documenting height growth progress every week for about 10 weeks to see if cjc is cope. My dad is 5'7 and my mum is 5'3 so its probably over jfl

nvm lmao. just found a way better approach on how to do this. there is a calculator where you can put in the peptide amount and how much bad water you are mixing it with and it calculates how much you need to pull the syringe to per dosage.
