Convinced tretinoin might of thickened my cheeks

Saw a pic of me about a year ago and my cheeks look noticeably thinner (to me at least). I read some accounts that it can actually thicken skin so I dunno.

I'm already boneless so any extra skin looks like ass, might quit cause I never had noticeably acne an see if it improves (same weight btw)
