Convincing dermatologist to double accutane dosage

How do I convince my dermatologist to double my accutane dose from 20mg to 40mg? I've been on accutane for 3 months now and my skin is still ass and I don't even have actual side effects. I have an appointment tomorrow. Quick help needed
