I’m 14 can my eye structure change? That’s probably retarded but is there still hope for my eyes. any tips to make them a little more appealing like how to whiten my sclera or growing brows and lashes. Maybe surgeries for potential future but only last resort

You can buy temporary hair dye (beard dye works fine) for your eyebrows until they've grown out enough
For a whiter sclera be less on screens and buy eye drops that are designed to whiten them

For your sclera whitening Lumify is going to help as well as the use of oral minoxidil to help with eyebrow thickness but latisse is abit more optimal as its debatably quicker and thickens hair more.
