Not chopped. Eye color is insane^. Fix the blemishes. Biggest failos other than that is probably wide ipd which is unfixable but yours is not death tier. Lips are quite thin

5’7 I have short parents dads 5’10 mum 5’2 living in Ireland rn tho so I’m average height I’m at stage 4 in puberty praying I get another growth spurt

If you just started stage 4 you could get another 2-4 inches if I recall correctly.
