You don't need lip filler, just an alarplasty would heavily ascend you I don't think you need a full rhino. Could throw in a lip flip as well.

I heard alarplasty as a stand alone isn’t a good procedure because your proportions will be off.

If you go to a good surgeon they can usually refine nose tip and bridge so that your nose proportions look natural.
