My curry roomate was making me fatter even though by my measurements I wasn't overeating at all and had like 2 meals a day


This nigga was definitely putting extra oil in my meals to nerf me so when he got deported and I started cooking myself I lost 8lb of skinny fat within 3 weeks and now my core and chest are hard af and lean

Im gonna cut 4-5 more pounds before i start a lean bulk.

Diet is chicken breast, whey, protein milk, banana, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, texas toast/pepproni bread for carbs about 1600-1700 calls including soda and 135-150g protein everyday
