Its all done by Eppley, A.) they are all sillicone which is the most awful implant for so many reasons, and B.) look at any of his results on google. It all looks real bad. Hes a good surgeon so ive heard in terms of technical ability but hes not even the one designing the implants, so it just wont look good.
