There is now an unexplored method of causing local fat loss, called coolsculpting. To put it simply, it is a therapeutic method of burning fat, by freezing the fat tissue. This is essentially a slower non-invasive method of liposuction.
Sounds like bullshit? Please read on, and I will show you that it actually seems to be a pretty legit non-BS method.
The way that freezing fat cells work, in theory, is that it induces the white fat cells to become brown fat cells and to burn calories to produce heat. In effect, burning the fat cells to offset the cold and keep the tissue warm.
This makes a whole lot of evolutionary sense considering how our ancestors had to fare well in cold and harsh environments, and burning surplus energy stores was obviously the best way to keep the body warm and efficiently use the surplus energy our food provided.
Considering how there's an epidemic of skinnyfats who have skinny limbs but a fat stomach, it all seems to make sense why their fat distribution is so unfavorable. Their limbs are usually out in the cold, but their stomachs are kept warm by layers and layers of clothing, which is why their stomachs hold on to white fat so easily. They probably dwell indoors a lot too, in a cozy and warm environment.
If you were to freeze a particular area of fat, it would be akin to getting a liposuction in that area. This could have many uses and implications for looksmaxxing, such as...
-Using it on the face to get a more chiseled and defined face and jawline.
-Using it on the stomach to stop being a skinnyfat and possibly get abs
-Using it on the crotch fat-pad to reveal more of your dick (become closer to your bone - pressed length)
-Using it to eliminate fat-induced gynecomastia (if your glandular tissue developed and gave you moobs, this will not work.)

Of course, you don't need professional treatment to burn fat off of wherever you want. All you need to do is apply an ice pack to the area for roughly an hour, every day. That's what I plan to do.
I'm going to be applying an ice pack to the particularly flabby areas of my face, and see if it eventually makes a positive difference. My profile will still be recessed (until I get my orthodontic appliances), but it will at least add some more 3 dimensionality to my face instead of it looking fat and babyish. My jaw should become more prominent and it should also help my cheeks achieve more of a hollow effect from these self treatments.
