MSM + Chondroitin + Glucosamine and spine stretching for maintaining morning height and better posture = up to an inch in height depending on how bad your posture is

Heelsmashing: you could probably get 1 cm off of smashing your heel through the skin thickening and the bone growing but you risk developing heel spurs

Any other methods other then LL? I’m mentally ill and if fixing my posture doesn’t give me 1.5 cm I’ll never be content with my height

Chop your legs off and piratemax with peg leg game and balance on wood sticks to 6’5.
