Useful Stats before I started preparation:
  • 18 yr 2 months
  • 5’11, 180 cm unfrauded
  • 183 lbs 21-24% BF
  • Bidelt like 18.9 inches
  • Bench 170 LBs x 5
  • Squat idgaf deadlift idgaf


Stats after preparation for cycle (ideally)
  • 152-162 LBS 12-15%
    • starvemaxxing/leanmaxxing obvi,
      • Sprint routine 4-6 times a week
      • Walk 10-30 k steps daily
    • Eat around 1000-1200 calories of chicken breast/eggs daily
      • On days i am vry busy I will not eat (1-2 days a week)
  • DAILY DEFICIT: 2000-3000 cal
    • 24% - 12% = 12%... .12% x 183 (bodyweight) = 21.96 x 3500 (1lb fat) = 76.8k cal defecit. Assuming an avg defecit of 2500 daily, this will take ~30 days (76.8 cal /2500cal def)
      • I am a week into this already and im at 174 (mostly glycogen, water etc.)


SUPPLEMENTS/CYCLE:
- 500 MG Testosterone E, Cycle 14-17.5 weeks, with daily injection. alternate left quad, right quad, subq. DOSAGE: 71 mg or .33 ml daily +
- Arimidex for AI (less harsh on hair) (not daily obvi, as needed)
- HCG for post cycle
- a cruise on 100-200 mg weekly after depending on levels (I have this prescribed medically for hypogonadism which i actually had/have)
- (maybe a sarm like MK677 or ideally CJC for IGF-1 and bone development, cant find good CJC source tho and mk is iffy)
- Creatine monohydrate 5G
- Vit D 10k IU w K2 (MK7)
- L Carnitine megadose 4,000 MG (potentially increases androgen receptor sensitivty)
- astaxanthin 12mg
- multi vit
- potassium sup for regulating 3:1-5:1 ratio as needed


DIET
  • FOCUSES: BORON, DIETARY CALCIUM, PHOSPHORUS, MAGNESIUM

I do have a bald gene in my family so I am trying to prevent it
- 1.00 M derma roller for hairline 1-2x weekly (morning)
- vertically roll 6 times + horizontally roll 6 times
- rinse with warm water
- soak roller in 70% isopropyl alcohol 1-2 week
- topical 5% rogain minoxidil (night)
- niacin kentozocale shampoo 1%
- 1-2x weekly
- microfiber towel
Post cycle I will be getting on finasteride or dut or oral minoxidil. m not doing this on cycle as I have heard anecdotes of fin making e2 sides more difficult to manage. As it is my first cycle and it is relatively low in terms of affects on DHT and thus hairloss, i think i will be fine until after.


EYEBROWS:
- .5 mm derma roller for brow
(Routine, morning, 5-6 weekly)
- vertically + horizontal roll 6 times

- I will consider brushing every few days

  • La roche pussy mostuizur + sunscreen
    • When i run out of this im going to get a PA+++ or wtver
  • Retinol at night

Deltoids r a big part of looking aesthetic, why do u only have lateral raises? ok bench press activates the frontal deltoid but still... just add, rear delt pec dec or wtv rear delt variation, frontal raises and overhead press.

whats the benefit of decreasing myostatin ?
Myostatin inhibits muscle growth. Steroids act as preventing myostatin which is what skyrocketing gains

It’s been about 3.5 years since my before before, however it wasn’t linear in terms of maximizing potential, for a long time i was just losing weight

- vertically roll 6 times + horizontally roll 6 times
- rinse with warm water
- soak roller in 70% isopropyl alcohol 1-2 week
- topical 5% rogain minoxidil (night)
- niacin kentozocale shampoo 1%
- 1-2x weekly
- microfiber towel
Post cycle I will be getting on finasteride or dut or oral minoxidil. m not doing this on cycle as I have heard anecdotes of fin making e2 sides more difficult to manage. As it is my first cycle and it is relatively low in terms of affects on DHT and thus hairloss, i think i will be fine until after.

Alar base width matches ICD which is good, PFL is great as well, eyebrows could be stronger in the middle but are okay. I think major failo face-wise is lip width. It would be past the intra-iris width. You could try hardstretching :lul: - I have an idea that mouth stretching with a device while sleeping may be effective

yeah my lips are a bigger problem then i realized… one thing of note is i have taken horrible care of my lips. people always tell me they are chapped as fuck and to get chap stick. this won’t fix width but if i start doing that + hardstretching i might be able to make it less of a falio.
