Lets have a chat about copper. Is it worth supplementing?
 
Apparently deficiency is very rare, so for health at least maybe not. Is there some benefit to megadosing?

Have heard that, but where tf are people getting it from? Its in stuff like organ meats, livers, oysters, etc. These are not foods most people commonly consume.

Apparently it's also in nuts, some vegetables, dark chocolate etc
