its hard to see in the pic but my eyebrows got a sharp arch and it leaves a bald spot that is noticeably lighter than the rest of skin and gets pointed out a lot by other people. how do i make this area darker and the same color as the rest of my skin? it has hairs growing there but they obviously havent grown in, is that why it is lighter?

Minoxidil. Also get them shaped better.

Nvm didn't read correctly. Melasma?
Might just be the skin under the hairs not tanning.
