Correct order: take accutane at required dose becuase its the only thing that will make an impact.

Cleanser first obviously. You can moisturize before using a retinoid, and you should if you're dealing with irritation, but retinoids are more effective when applied before moisturizer. So apply to clean dry skin if you can. Personally my skin gets dry due to using 0.1% tret and living in a cold climate. So I cleanse my face then apply a smaller amount of moisturizer with a drop of glycerin to sensitive areas like my cheeks and mouth area- after that dries I use tretinoin and then apply a larger glob of moisturizer. After doing all of that at night, I put minoxidil on my eyebrows.

Dermastamping should be done separately from retinoids. I dermastamp my eyebrows around once a week and I skip tretinoin/minoxidil on that night, only cleanser and moisturizer.
