I have noticed my cortisol tends to spike after either using stims or after lifting weights or doing cardio. Usually when I have a date, I try to avoid working out on that day as it will leave me exhausted and with high cortisol afterwards.

Any good practices or compounds to use to keep cortisol low?

No offense but this sounds cope like using Biotin for hair loss. I am looking for real drugs that work

L Theanine is very weak, GABA doesn't penetrate the blood brain barrier, yoga and meditation is pure cope.

You're also a natty that doesn't blast stims and run 1000 calorie deficits. I'm trying to optimize my hormone profile for optimal performance mental, physical, etc. not coping with test boosters and meditation

Don't exercise until failure or too strenuously.

Have a sufficient amount of carbohydrates. Exercise easily depletes glycogen, so an equilibrium is needed.

Why the carbs to replenish glycogen?

Yeah too much working out takes a lot out of me
Could look into vigorous Steve semax/selank on fixing post workout brain fog
Or do way less sets like 2-3 per muscle but to failure (this is enough btw) and less intense cardio plus extra carbs for mood

Its impossible to do hard workout and be energized. If you have party/date or any other event dont do training in this day and day before. If I do hard workout in event day Im getting sleepy when night kick in. When I dont do workout I have energy to stay 1-3 a.m.
 
Working out is cope keeps incels in the matrix hamster wheel

I actually like working out on date days but I just keep the intensity lower than normal so I won't like be too exhausted

Ashwagandha can lower cortisol just a little bit

Gymnema sylvestre reduces cortisol by suppressing adrenals
 
Like you just feel more stressed out or anxious vs. relaxed and chill
I dont think you will ever feel relaxed and chill from the sups that suppress adrenal cortisol production I listed (there are only few)
U need psychiatric drugs for that. And they are very individual for everyone
