how can we get lower stress and cortisol
 
Very basic:

Get lots of sleep
Don't do high intensity training
Don't do retarded "cold showers" or "ice baths"
Avoid coffee/ alcohol
Don't smoke
Eat a high quality diet
Don't slavemax a shitty job you hate
Go outside and be at one with nature

I do all of the good things u said and none of the bad things u said yet still stress and cortisol but sometimes only
Also I thought cold showers and ice baths lowered stress and cortisol apparently?

Nah, it's a retarded meme for normies. Going into cold water puts your body into a state of shock and releases stress hormones. When people say they get "energy" they actually get adrenaline, which is a stress hormone. It's the exact same for coffee

It's Ocd though but not that type of shit where I have to wash my hands 100 times or align everything perfectly or rearrange the fridge its something else my ocd tryna make me masturbate jfl.

Its been like 3 days since I stopped it but I won't be counting days

I like to imagine my body and mind feeling as light as possible and not worrying about useless stuff

I work a stressful job but I'm chill during the day, sometimes I let myself get out of control and get more stressed, tired and heavy

It's not avoiding stressful situations but how you react to them, when my cortisol is low I'm chill, feel lighter, breath lighter and I work better while not trying to give all I got and worrying about what others might think how I'm performing
