Cosmetic Surgeries; Question

Attached is my side profile. Main current issue is slight bite gap and slight not very noticeable jaw tilt as a cause. Any advice for surgeries to look into for the future? P.S. not attaching a front profile pic as I don’t wish to completely expose myself on this platform, plus im mainly aware of front face view issues I have.

Alr thanks quick unrelated question, when I was younger I wore a palate expander didn’t finish wearing it like 2 months more, any point getting it now? I’m 16 btw
