Could accutane ascend me ?

Guys I have these spots / acne scars on my forehead that don’t seem to go away no matter what. I don’t have any serious acne anywhere else on my face. I am washing my face and moisturizing twice per day and using retinol once per day. Do you think accutanemaxxing could ascend me? Or even running a microdose / Hollywood dose? Or is it over for me?
