im changing dosage my every week idk why my e2 level fluctuates between 7-13 can it delay growth or block growth?

I used to take 12.5 EOD which kept me between 11-13 and I grew up. Now I take between 25 mg ED and 12.5 mg EOD and it fluctuates between 7-13 and I haven't grown since I did that.

am i coping hard or can it really effect?

Well, yes, higher estrogen levels will obviously accelerate the closure of your growth plates compared to lower estrogen levels.
I'm not sure what your point is though? Slight fluctuations can be expected regardless of whether you're using an AI.
