Could anyone hardmaxx to Chad/Tyrone level?

Just wanted to know if say a 5-6 could hardmaxx to chadlite or tyronelite or would ur base need to be already super good, bc I seen ppl with shit genetics hardmaxx to HTN+chadlite etc etc but what do yall think is the average someone could achieve hardmaxxing

If you fix a (noticable) failo you can expect to gain around 0.5 smv, halos are less impactful so you can expect around 2.5 (unless the halo in question is super striking like eye color surgery)

So just do your math from that
