Could aromasin be the reason for not growing taller?

My igf1 blood test came and the results were 20% higher than the maximum value. 170-420 // 480 ug/L
also acne increased on my face

I change my dose every week, sometimes 25 mg ed, sometimes 12.5 eod, it is always variable, I determine the dose according to how I feel and my estrogen levels do not remain constant.
