Could beauty exist without its correct sleeping? (Time and Quality)

I basically need either to cope or to be right about something.
My whole life i have always slept under 8 hours, never went more than three days straight with 8 hours of sleep.
I need to know if could have been something better than myself now.
Im currently 15 and im fixing this issue starting from today.
I have genetics black undereyes and im quite a framecel. Could my frame be better if i had slept more?

I need examples of good looking, well developed men with bad sleep

i sleep atleast 11 hours a day. my skin isnt great. need to dial it back and sleep like 8 hours a day
 
Might make you smaller, mess up bodyweight or leanness, eye bags, bad skin,

But your gens still decide what you look like
 
U 15 so fix it asap. After puberty i think its not that matter since you done growing and only things u will get with not sleeping enough is bad skin and always tired feeling
