Could braces/palate expander fix my long face?

I have a long face and midface due to i think a flat and narrow maxilla and others things, i have 45mm palate and as i said flat maxilla so my cheekbones are not developed and my nose Its a Little long. Do you think Its a good idea to get palate expander or braces? Or Is there other things i can do?

Your biggest flaw by far is your FWHR btw, it is way to low. This is because your nose is too long, there is currently no surgery availible to shorten it. But I have heard plastic surgeons saying they are trying to develop a procedure.
