I discovered calcium hydroxyapatite MCHA supplements exist which is the same material as our bones. Most forums I found online that mentioned this supplement were just talking about taking it for cavities/teeth, and were everytime told to take in in toothpaste form. But with the supplements, could they theoretically help with bone mass overall, like on my face? I asked ChatGPT and it said it would help with bone mass better than other calcium forms. Should I take it or just do calcium citrate? I already have lots of yogurt and milk in my diet but want bioavalaible calcium for bone mass.
