Good cheekbones can save you from being subhuman, but a fucked up lower third reflects on a bad maxilla which combined will make it impossible to be of higher attractiveness. (Not always the case that bad maxilla= bad lower third but common archetype )

Jaw is noticeable from front of its good enough, jaw> cheeks but cheekbones are also important for being psl6 and beyond

It's tricky to get fillers/implants in the cheekbone area. I've only seen one implant result that looked good. It was some guy from lookism.net.
