im 18 and my growth plates are still open, could chewing realistically give me a taller ramus? or yall think its cope? been chewing for 30+ minutes everyday for 7 days, might post results or sum if i see it gives me noticeable changes.

its cope I tried it for a good while chewing on my wisdom teeth. it didnt change anything. just raise ur hyoid and hope for the best. implants are always an option long term

neck training can snatch it if its not uber lowset like medium set to mid high is possible. but this is cope and wont change shit if you have no visible ramus or gonions in anyway. I was lucky enough to go from flared gonions and medium length ramus with medium set hyoid to flared gonions and tall ramus with mid high hyoid
