Say ones maintenance is 2500. They eat at maintenance for a month. Then one day they eat 20k calories of primarily protein. Also some fat and carbs. No they do not vomit.
The body cannot store all of this as fat. It would be too much
Of course this person would gain fat from this. But how much would they gain?
What if they do an insane amount of cardio that day and also weight lift?
What if they go right back to eating at maintenance?
Could this boost a persons metabolism long term if this is done in a calculated way?
