I think so: bideltoid gone from 21 inches to 22 inches just by stretching the scapula... I straighten my arms, hold my hands together and pull them apart, like this:

Winged scapula, also known as scapular winging, is a condition in which the shoulder blade (scapula) sticks out from the back rather than lying flat against the ribcage. This can be caused by muscle imbalances, nerve damage, or other underlying conditions. It is possible that correcting winged scapula could improve bideltoid width, which is the distance between the two shoulders at the front of the body. However, it is important to note that bideltoid width is largely determined by genetics and cannot be changed significantly through exercise or other interventions. If you are concerned about your bideltoid width or have winged scapula, it is important to consult with a medical professional for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.

  2. Perform compound exercises that engage the shoulders: Exercises such as push-ups, bench press, and dips can all help to strengthen and build the muscles in your shoulders.
  3. Use proper form when lifting weights: To get the most out of your shoulder workouts, it's important to use proper form and technique. This can help to ensure that you are targeting the right muscles and minimizing the risk of injury.
  4. Stay consistent with your workouts: To see progress and improvements in your shoulder width, it's important to be consistent with your workouts. This means performing shoulder exercises regularly and progressively increasing the weight or difficulty of the exercises over time.
  5. Eat a balanced diet: To support muscle growth and recovery, it's important to fuel your body with the right nutrients. This means eating a balanced diet that includes plenty of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
It's important to note that genetics play a role in the shape and width of your shoulders, and there may be limits to how much you can change them. However, following the above tips can help you to improve the
