I'm currently 17 years old and i have had problems with my posture since puberty started, probably because of sitting in front of the computer too much.

As you guys can see i got anterior pelvic tilt, I heard that it could make you up to 5cm taller if u fixed it. I'm currently 178cm tall, could i gain a few cm if i fixed this? Have anyone beaten this?. And if so how did u do it?.

Here's a pic: how bad is it?

thanks!

1" max. If you also have a nerd neck and rounded shoulders, altogether maybe 1.25", but around an inch is realistic.
You're not going to reach 6ft if that's what you're hoping for. Height gain by fixing APT is exaggerated. People have no clue what 2" looks like. You'd have to be completely deformed to lose that much height due to APT.
People with APT often have a nerd neck, rounded shoulders and other imbalances, but those don't reduce height that much.

Yeah, I have nerd neck, and rounded shoulders. My goal is to reach 180cm so I can claim 5'11. But tbh, I don't have high expectations that I will grow a few cm.

Yes, I had this and I have fixed it with exercises.

I'm fixing that shit as we speak. I already gained 0.5-1cm of height in the past month and a half, but I fear it's mostly fixed so now I'm focusing on my slight nerd neck and rounded shoulders hoping for another half cm.

>tfw went from 5'11" manlet to weak 6'0"
Gluco and posture is legit. A fraction of it was natural growth, though.
I started at 181.5cm morning and 179cm night height at 21, now I'm at 183.5cm morning and 181.5cm night height. Just a little bit more.

EVERY MM COUNTS

Hey bro,i was actually right about your case even i wasn't looking at your side.I have seen your thread also few minutes ago.Have you started heightmaxing via fixing APT?You have similiar case to mine.I started hanging on a bar and my back feels so good, i recommend doing. Also wish you best with heightmaxing!

Yes it can around 2-3 cm no more.5 cm cases are very rare and those people were probably gamers with very deformed backs(very rare individuals)
