Could Giant Design a total joint replacement/jaw implant/bsso hybrid for icr ramus cels?

@RealSurgerymax it’s been on my mind that a total joint replacement and jaw implant hybrid would make a lot of sense not only for joint function, especially since bsso can really fuck your condyles. But also aesthetic, since it heightens your ramus, and the joint replacement plate it self could be a hybrid with a jaw implant aswell.

How insane is it that we have not even seen one good result from Giant? Literally not even one unfrauded good result. Crazy to think about from someone who claims to be one of a kind and to offer a service no one else can.

I understand that patients might not like their results being shared, but from all cases we do not even have one good result? We don’t even need to see a great result at this point, just a good one. I’d quit while you’re at it.
