Could hydrocortisone be the answer to acne ?

So as some of you may know @xnj sowed that your nose can slim down with hydrocortisone if it's puffy and it works but another side effect I noticed was all my blackheads disappeared after using it so my question is do you think it could work on the rest of your face to stop severe acne from developing ?

Yeah I've only used it on my nose and didn't see anything but the two things I already mentioned
