Could I apply hydrocortisone on smile lines to make them less noticeable?

Hydro is gonna become the next Volufiline lmao. People are just gonna rub it on certain parts of their face and hope it does something.

Doesn’t it thin skin and displace fat cells? I’ve used it on my nose and it worked pretty good at shrinking it or atleast reducing bulbousness. Wouldn’t it work the same way if applied on smile lines?
