u have a low fwhr and ur facial index seems slightly high 1.9 to 2.0, meaning a long face structure which is why ur lower third slightly tall compared to midface. Philtrum long relative to upper lip height and slightly narrow relative to nose width, only way to fix that is a lip lift but the ROI for you wont be great.
