u dont have cheek asymetry, u have ramus asymetry ur ramus is more higher set on one side of the face, this is fixable with custom bsso surgery, but u can fix it with fillers .

cuz ive got the same thing , u can see that cuz ur chin isnt straight, it goes to the one side a little more, and then the whole other side of ur face seems bigger , thats cuz of the ramus being on different place , like its more higher set on smaller side of face and then ur whole face looks asymetrical.

its genetics . If this is a problem do u have any other facial asymetrys in eye bones or eye area

Exactly idk why these retards stress about mild asymmetry. Nobody on earth is fully symmetrical. As long as it's not very large asymmetry that looks deformed, it's fine.
