no offence,but morph yourself with ideal jaw/chin how you would look after surgery,and realise your front is gonna stay mtn,you are capped mtn bc of nose/eyes not bc of lower 3rd thats your best feature your not recessed it wont benifit you,get a good car for that price nigga,will benift you way more

This guy has short face syndrome, and has almost no tooth show in the before. If someone with regular tooth show gets a downgraft they will have a gummy smile. It's pretty obvious who needs downgraft/ who doesn't.
Also 90% of the length increase shown is because of his sfs. All the chin bone is present but his lower bite before hides it. The added height from downgraft is to the philtrum region.
^all chin mass present in the before. downgrafting the maxilla doesn't make your mandible taller.
