Could I get some genuine advice on jaw surgery? (Very much a candidate)

I am going to see a surgeon soon but he’s blue pilled I will avoid since he doesn’t do big movements, most likely I’ll go to raf but in the mean time while I save for that opportunity I would like to know if it’s all going to be worth it

Yes its worth it looks severely recessed. Dont go with a blue pilled surgeon they are gonna think looks dont matter and do too little movements. I had consultations with 2 surgeons and the other one was clearly more on the same page regarding how to improve my facial profile. Wasnt a hard choice who to go with

35k seems lights years away for now I would prefer trimax but need to finish college first
