(Ignore the haircut)
I’m 5’9 and 142 pounds at 15
I weight lift about 40 mins a day and run/vault track for almost 2 hours a day. So I do exercise a fair amount. I’m just wondering what I should do to improve?

holy base+ good coloring. castor oil for eyebrows, don't beat meat, textmaxx GHmaxx, and stop running and spiking your cortisol
